1. Services
West Clean Property Care provides professional exterior cleaning services across Galway, Mayo, and Roscommon. All services are subject to availability and a prior assessment of the work required.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are free and provided without obligation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is based on the actual scope of work, which may vary from the initial estimate if site conditions differ from what was described or assessed.
3. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of a quote. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee to cover scheduling costs.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
5. Liability
West Clean Property Care carries full public liability insurance. We take every care to avoid damage during our work. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, we will make good on the issue promptly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed prior to work commencing.
6. Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.
7. Access & Safety
The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the areas to be cleaned. We reserve the right to decline or postpone work if access is unsafe or conditions are hazardous.
8. Weather
Some services are weather-dependent. In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, we will reschedule at the earliest convenient date at no extra cost.
9. Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including GDPR.
