- 1 Look around the house: gutters, joints, brackets and access.
- 2 Camera check, then every section cleared from the ground with the gutter vac.
- 3 Every downpipe flushed top to bottom. Blockages rodded at no extra charge.
- 4 Fascia and soffit clean if you've asked for it (extra, from €70).
- 5 Water run through the whole system to check it flows, plus before-and-after photos.
